Herein is our Relax and Focus Audio, which features exercises created by TPNY/TPSF Founder/CEO Bara Sapir, a score created by world class musicians, and produced by a renowned sound therapist, Katie Down, MMT, MT-BC, LCAT, a board certified, licensed music psychotherapist and sound designer. The Relax and Focus audio will help your mind operate in a calm and focused state and prepare you for optimal performance during high-pressure situations such as taking important tests. This is a 70 minute program that you can listen to repeatedly, and the exercises come from the longer 5+ hour Full Potential Audio course.

Directions
Use the all the tracks in a quiet space where you have no distraction. Sit or lie down comfortably and keep your eyes closes, arms and legs uncrossed, and just listen to the different tracks.
You can also loop the final track WHILE you’re studying. It’s a half hour long and you won’t notice it after a while.
